Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo revealed some details about the 2022 iPhone lineup. According to him, a 48-megapixel camera will appear in future Apple smartphones.
According to Kuo, a note to investors said significant changes will be made to the 2022 iPhone's camera system. The older models of smartphones, presumably the Pro line, will use a larger 48-megapixel sensor for the main camera. Kuo also suggests that the iPhone 2023 may receive sub-screen Face ID sensors. This will get rid of the bangs.
Kuo also clarified that the 48-megapixel sensor in the iPhone will be 1 / 1.3 inches with a pixel size of 1.25 microns.
In addition, it is expected that there will not be a mini model with a 5.4-inch screen among Apple's 2022 smartphones.
