Juventus Turin has finally said goodbye to Cristiano Ronaldo and agreed with Manchester United on a transfer for the Portuguese world star. Both clubs announced the agreement on the transfer last Friday, and the final details have now been clarified. Ronaldo's contract with the Italians would actually have been valid for another year.
Ronaldo moved from Sporting Lisbon to Manchester United in the Premier League in the summer of 2003 for 19 million euros. Six years later, Real Madrid paid United € 94m for Ronaldo. In 2008 he won the Champions League with Manchester. With Los Blancos, Ronaldo later succeeded in doing this four times before he moved to Juventus Turin in the summer of 2018. With Juve he won the championship and the Italian Supercup twice as well as the cup once.
Moise Kean as a replacement
The Italians have also already found a replacement for the superstar. The Turinese signed Moise Kean. The 21-year-old striker will initially be loaned by the English Premier League club Everton until June 30, 2023, thus returning to his training club. The Bianconeri pay seven million euros for this. At the same time, Juve secured a purchase option for which 28 million euros will then be due.

In addition, bonus payments of up to three million euros are planned for achieving further sporting goals. Kean's contract with Everton runs until June 30, 2024.
From 2011 he played in the youth academy of the Italian record champions Turin. He made his professional debut on November 19, 2016, making him the youngest Juventus player in Serie A history. In the 2017/2018 season he was loaned to Hellas Verona before moving to Everton FC that season. In the past season he was loaned to Paris Saint-Germain.
