13 countries signed a statement on the urgent modernization of Ukraine's air defense systems – Stefanchuk

Today, 13 countries signed a joint statement on the urgent modernization of Ukraine's air defense systems.

Head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk announced this on his Twitter page.

He said that among the countries that today signed a joint statement “On the urgent need to modernize Ukraine's air defense” , the following countries are located: Czech Republic, Estonia, Poland, France, Georgia, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Sweden, UK and USA.

— Sincere gratitude for the support of Ukraine in this difficult time, — wrote the head of the Ukrainian parliament.

Earlier, British intelligence reported that one of the main tasks of Russia during the war against Ukraine was to take control of the sky.

March 20, speaking in the Israeli Knesset, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the Israeli air defense system “Iron Dome” is the best in the world, and added that, in his opinion, it can protect the Ukrainians.
