Bulgaria extradited a Turkish citizen to Ukraine suspected of committing a fatal traffic accident. An 11-year-old girl died in a car accident .
According to the Office of the Attorney General, the accident occurred in October 2019. A child was standing on the sidewalk when a foreigner at the wheel did not give way to a motorcycle that was twice the speed limit.
The motorcycle collided with a car, after which the two-wheeled vehicle was thrown onto a pedestrian . The motorcycle driver was imprisoned for six years by a court decision and deprived of the right to drive vehicles for three years.
