104-year-old US resident cites excellent appetite and a lack of salt as the reason for longevity

A resident of the United States celebrated her 104th birthday and shared the secret of her longevity. Reported by The Commercial Appeal.
Ernestine Spencer from Memphis, Tennessee, spent a momentous day in the company of her daughter and grandson, who flew in from Philadelphia for the celebration. Spencer was born in Memphis in 1917 and spent her entire life in her hometown. The woman worked as a hairdresser for many years, and several generations of townspeople became her clients.
The 104-year-old pensioner named love as the reason for her longevity. “I have a great appetite. I love to eat heavier. I love any food. True, I gave up salt and sugar, ”said the long-liver.
The long-liver said that she likes how Memphis has changed over the past century, and she is glad that she became an eyewitness of these changes. Spencer advised the young to follow the Scriptures and not deceive.
Earlier, the secret of her longevity was revealed by a 101-year-old resident of Great Britain. She believes she has lived so long because she loves to sing.
