103-year-old Briton Hilda Cross revealed the secrets of her longevity.

Cross was born in Bolton on February 21, 1920. While working in a laundry during World War II, she met Alfred Cross and married him in 1944.
Two years later, the man was demobilized and became a policeman, and after retiring, he moved with his wife to a house in the village of Trefnant. In 2001, Cross's husband died before reaching his 90th birthday.
The woman lived in her own house until she was 100, but during the COVID-19 pandemic, she accidentally fell and broke her leg. After that, Cross was forced to move into a nursing home.
She celebrated her 103rd birthday with her family.
Cross called the secrets of longevity the desire to always remain active and busy. In addition, she is sure that she lived so long thanks to her favorite alcoholic drinks.
“I also like to have a glass of brandy or wine every night at dinner,” the woman said.
